1. Tell Jake About Your Project
Share your ideas, location, and a few photos. We’ll talk about what you want to change and your budget.
2. Walk the Space Together
Jake meets you at the property to look at the slope, drainage, access, and measurements.
3. Review Your Bid
We agree on the layout and materials. You receive a written bid describing the work before construction starts.
4. Agree on a Schedule
Once you accept the bid, we confirm the deposit, materials, and expected start date.
5. Build With Jake on Site
Jake works on every job, with extra help when needed. You can talk to him directly throughout the build.
6. Walk Through the Finished Work
We review the finished job with you, answer questions, and explain how to care for it.
